حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَجَلِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَاصِمَ بْنَ أَبِي النَّجُودِ فَقُلْتُ يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ ذَكَرْتَ عَنْ زِرَّ بْنَ حُبَيْشٍ عَنْ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَذْهَبُ الدُّنْيَا حَتَّى يَمْلِكَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي يُوَاطِئُ اسْمُهُ اسْمِي» ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The world will not come to an end until a man from my household rules whose name matches my name.” He said: Yes.
