حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَأَبُو غَسَّانَ مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالُوا ثنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ وَعَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
أَنَا رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُكَبِّرُ فِي كُلِّ رَفْعٍ وَوَضْعٍ وَقِيَامٍ وَقُعُودٍ وَيُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَشِمَالِهِ «السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ» حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ

✧ I saw the Prophet ﷺ say the takbir at every rising and lowering, standing and sitting, and he would give the greeting to his right and to his left: 'Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah' until the whiteness of his cheek could be seen.
