حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ يَرْفَعْهُ قَالَ
اللهُ ﷻ الصَّوْمُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ وَلِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ؛ فَرْحَةٌ حِينَ يُفْطِرُ وَفَرْحَةٌ حِينَ يَلْقَى رَبَّهُ وَلَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ

✧ Allah ﷻ said: "Fasting is Mine and I reward for it. The fasting person has two joys: a joy when he breaks his fast and a joy when he meets his Lord. And the bad breath of the fasting person is sweeter to Allah than the scent of musk."
