حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْحَذَّاءُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ رُحْتُ مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَوَجَدَ ثَلَاثَةً قَدْ سَبَقُوهُ فَقَالَ
رَابِعُ أَرْبَعَةٍ وَمَا رَابِعُ أَرْبَعَةٍ مِنِ اللهِ بِبَعِيدٍ؛ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ النَّاسَ يَجْلِسُونَ مِنَ اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى قَدْرِ رَوَاحِهِمْ إِلَى الْجُمُعَاتِ الْأَوَّلُ ثُمَّ الثَّالِثُ ثُمَّ الرَّابِعُ» ثُمَّ قَالَ رَابِعُ أَرْبَعَةٍ وَمَا رَابِعُ أَرْبَعَةٍ مِنَ اللهِ بِبَعِيدٍ

✧ “The fourth of four—and what is the fourth of four? It is not far from God. I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: 'People will sit with God on the Day of Resurrection according to their going early to the Friday prayers: the first, then the second, then the third, then the fourth.'” Then he said: “The fourth of four—and what is the fourth of four? It is not far from God.”
