حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَيْشُونَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

خَيْرُ أُمَّتِي الْقَرْنُ الَّذِي بُعِثْتُ مِنْهُمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ
