✧ A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ with two small children of hers whom she was nursing. She asked the Prophet ﷺ for something to give her, but he found nothing to give her until he obtained three dates and gave them to her. She gave one date to this one and one date to this one, and kept one date. One of the two children cried, so she split the date into two halves and gave one half to this one and the other half to this one. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Bearing, giving birth, nursing, merciful to their children. Were it not for what they bring to their husbands, their praying women would enter Paradise.
