حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ [ أَبُو ] عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلِيمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

الرُّقْبَى، وَالْعُمْرَى، سَبِيلُهُمَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ
