حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الْفَوْزِيُّ الْحِمْصِيُّ بِحِمْصَ قَالَ: وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ جَدِّي عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشِ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ
