حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْغَزِّيُّ، بِغَزَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْهَيْثَمِ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ، عَنْ عَزَّةَ بِنْتِ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهَا أَبِي قِرْصَافَةَ جَنْدَرَةَ بْنِ خَيْشَنَةَ اللَّيْثِيِّ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
نَضَّرَ اللهُ عَبْدًا سَمِعَ مَقَالَتِي فَوَعَاهَا وَحَفِظَهَا، فَرُبَّ حَامِلِ عِلْمٍ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ ثَلَاثٌ لَا يُغِلُّ عَلَيْهِنَّ الْقَلْبُ: إِخْلَاصُ الْعَمَلِ لِلهِ، وَمُنَاصَحَةُ الْوُلَاةِ، وَلُزُومُ الْجَمَاعَةِ
Translation

✧ May Allah brighten the face of a servant who hears my words, understands them, and memorizes them. For perhaps a bearer of knowledge carries it to one more knowledgeable than himself. Three things upon which the heart does not bear malice: sincerity of action for Allah, sincere counsel to the rulers, and adherence to the community.
