حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَنَّاءُ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ النَّسَائِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الْكِلَابِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ
