حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ اللَّخْمِيُّ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي صَدَقَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ:

قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " يَا عِمْرَانُ "، قُلْتُ: لَبَّيْكَ قَالَ: قُلِ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَهْدِيكَ لِأَرْشَدِ أُمُورِي، وَأَسْتَجِيرُكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said to me: "O 'Imran." I said: At your service. He said: "Say: O God, I seek guidance from You for the most sound of my affairs, and I seek Your protection from the evil of my self."
