حَدَّثَنَا مَسْعُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ أَبُو الْجَارُودِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ الْعَسْقَلَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوَّادُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَكْتُبُ لِلْمَرِيضِ أَقْصَى مَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ فِي صِحَّةٍ مَا دَامَ فِي وَثَاقِهِ، وَلِلْمُسَافِرِ أَحْسَنَ مَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ فِي حَضَرِهِ

✧ Verily Allah, Mighty and Majestic, records for a sick person the utmost of what he used to do in health as long as he is confined by his illness, and for a traveler the best of what he used to do while resident.
