وَبِهِ: نَا زُهَيْرٌ، وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ. عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَنْتَزِعُ الْعِلْمَ مِنَ النَّاسِ انْتِزَاعًا يَنْتَزِعُهُ مِنْهُمْ، وَلَكِنْ يَقْبِضُ الْعِلْمَ بِقَبْضِ الْعُلَمَاءِ، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ يُبْقِ عَالِمًا، اتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ رُءُوسًا جُهَّالًا، فَسُئِلُوا فَأَفْتَوْا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ، فَضَلُّوا وَأَضَلُّوا
Translation

✧ Allah does not seize knowledge from people by snatching it away from them, but He seizes knowledge by taking away the scholars, until when He leaves no scholar, people take ignorant leaders, who are asked and give fatwas without knowledge, so they go astray and lead others astray.
