Translation

✧ Abraham did not lie except three times: two were for the sake of God—his saying, “I am sick,” and his saying, “Rather, the largest of them did this.” And he passed by a land ruled by a tyrant, and Sarah was with him. The tyrant sent to him: “Who is this woman with you?” He said, “She is my sister.” Then he sent to him: “Send her to me.”
