حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ مَرْثَدٍ، ثَنَا آدَمُ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
الرَّحِمُ شِجْنَةٌ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ، تَعَلَّقَتْ بِحَقْوَيِ الرَّحْمَنِ، تَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ صِلْ مَنْ وَصَلَنِي، وَاقْطَعْ مَنْ قَطَعَنِي

Yasār, and that is not preserved (maḥfūẓ). ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. ʿAbdullāh b. Dīnār narrated it from his father, from Abū Ṣāliḥ al-Sammān, from Abū Hurayrah, as a mursal report (mursal). Mūsā b. ʿUqbah narrated it, and there is disagreement about him: Abū Qurrah Mūsā b. Ṭāriq narrated it from Mūsā b. ʿUqbah, from ʿAbdullāh b. Dīnār, from Abū Hurayrah, as a mursal report. The closest of these to the correct one is the version of Warqāʾ, from ʿAbdullāh b. Dīnār, from Saʿīd b. Yasār, from Abū Hurayrah, because the hadith is preserved (maḥfūẓ) from him. Muʿāwiyah b. Abī al-Muzarrid also narrated it from Saʿīd b. Yasār, from Abū Hurayrah.
