  • Bazzār

machine translationThe hadith of Khālid from al-Mughīrah, I think, ʿUthmān made an error (wahm) in it; the correct version is Khālid from Abū al-Minhāl.

    in المعجم الأوسط, p. 9246
  • Abū Ḥatim al-Rāzī

machine translationThe ḥadīth of Abū Barzah is more authentic (aṣaḥḥ) than the ḥadīth of Aws b. Ḥudhayfah, who said: "I was among the delegation of Thaqīf, and the Prophet ﷺ would come to us every night after the ʿishāʾ prayer and speak to us standing on his feet, until he shifted his weight from one foot to the other. Most of what he told us was what he had met with from his people, the Quraysh."
