وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:

إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيُصَلِّي وَإِنِّي لَمُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ اعْتِرَاضَ الْجِنَازَةِ، حَتَّى إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ مَسَّنِي بِرِجْلِهِ، فَأَيْقَظَنِي، وَأَوْتَرْتُ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray while I was lying across in front of him like a funeral bier, until when he wanted to pray witr, he touched me with his foot and woke me, and I prayed witr.
