وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَعَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ وَكَثِيرِ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، أَنَّهُمْ تَنَازَعُوا فِي الْقَطْعِ، فَدَخَلُوا عَلَى عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، فَحَدَّثَتْهُمْ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

لَا قَطْعَ إِلَّا فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ
