وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
أَقْبَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمًا مِنْ شِعْبِ الْجَبَلِ وَقَدْ قَضَى حَاجَتَهُ، وَبَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا طَعَامٌ مِمَّا مَسَّتِ النَّارُ عَلَى تُرْسٍ أَوْ حَجَفَةٍ، فَدَعَوْنَاهُ إِلَيْهِ، فَقَعَدَ، فَأَكَلَ مَعَنَا، فَمَا مَسَّ مَاءً
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ came one day from a mountain pass after relieving himself, and before us was food that had been touched by fire, on a shield or a leather shield. We invited him to it, and he sat and ate with us, and he did not touch water.
