وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

بِتُّ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى بَلَغَ عَشْرَ رَكَعَاتٍ، ثُمَّ أَوْتَرَ بِثَلَاثِ رَكَعَاتٍ، ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعَ، فَنَامَ حَتَّى نَفَخَ، وَكَانَ نَوْمُهُ نَفْخًا، ثُمَّ نَادَاهُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ لِصَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ، فَخَرَجَ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ

✧ I spent the night with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He stood and prayed two rak‘ahs, two rak‘ahs, until he reached ten rak‘ahs, then he performed witr with three rak‘ahs, then he lay down and slept until he snored. His sleep involved snoring. Then the muezzin called him for the morning prayer, and he went out without performing ablution.
