✧ Deeds are of seven kinds: two that save, two that are rewarded in kind, one multiplied tenfold, one multiplied seven hundredfold, and one whose reward only Allah knows. As for the two saving deeds: whoever meets Allah, Mighty and Majestic, worshipping Him sincerely, associating nothing with Him, Paradise becomes due for him; and whoever meets Allah associating something with Him, the Fire becomes due for him. Whoever does an evil deed is recompensed for it; whoever intends a good deed but does not do it is credited with its like; whoever does a good deed is credited tenfold; whoever spends his wealth in the path of Allah, the dirham he spends is multiplied seven hundredfold, and the dinar seven hundredfold; and fasting—no one knows the reward of the one who fasts except Allah, Mighty and Majestic.
