✧ A man shall not sell over the sale of his brother, nor propose over the proposal of his brother. Do not bid against each other to raise prices, and a settled person shall not sell on behalf of a nomad. A woman shall not ask for the divorce of her sister in order to empty her vessel, for she will have only what is destined for her. Do not leave the udders of camels and sheep unmilked to deceive buyers. Whoever buys such an animal has the choice between two options: if he returns it, he must return with it a saa' of dates.
