✧ A man came to 'Abd Allah and said: 'There is no grudge between me and any of the Arabs. I passed by the mosque of Banu Hanifah, and they were sitting affirming Musaylimah.' 'Abd Allah sent for them and they were brought. He asked them to repent, except Ibn al-Nawwahah. He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Were it not that you are a messenger, I would strike your neck. But today you are not a messenger. Stand, O Qarazah, and strike his neck."' So Qarazah b. Ka'b stood and struck his neck in the market. And he said: 'Whoever wants to look at Ibn al-Nawwahah, let him look in the market.'
