✧ Whoever among you is able to ensure that nothing comes between him and Paradise—[even] a handful of blood that he sheds as if slaughtering a chicken, every time it presents itself at one of the gates of Paradise, it comes between him and it—and whoever among you is able to put nothing in his belly except what is good, for the first part of a person to putrefy is his belly.
