حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ قَالَ: نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُؤَمَّلِ قَالَ: نَا حُمَيْدٌ، مَوْلَى عَفْرَاءَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو ذَرٍّ، فَأَخَذَ بِحَلْقَةِ بَابِ الْكَعْبَةِ، فَنَادَى بِصَوْتِهِ الْأَعْلَى، فَقَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَلَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، إِلَّا بِمَكَّةَ، إِلَّا بِمَكَّةَ

✧ Abu Dharr came to us and took hold of the ring of the door of the Ka'bah and called out at the top of his voice: 'O people, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: There is no prayer after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets, and no prayer after the dawn prayer until the sun rises, except in Makkah, except in Makkah.'
