حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ الضَّرِيرُ، قَالَ: نَا بَشَّارُ بْنُ كِدَامٍ، أَخُو مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِنَّمَا الْحَلِفُ حِنْثٌ أَوْ نَدَمٌ
