وَبِهِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا بَعْدَ أَنْ يُؤَبِّرَهَا، فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ

Translation
