حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، نَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْجَارُودِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْعَرْزَمِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، عَنْ هُذَيْلِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَعَلَ لِرَجُلٍ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ سَهْمًا مِنْ مَالِهِ، فَمَاتَ الرَّجُلُ وَلَمْ يَدْرِ مَا هُوَ، فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، " فَجَعَلَ لَهُ السُّدُسَ مِنْ مَالِهِ

✧ A man during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ made over to another man a share of his property. The man died without knowing what it was, so the matter was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he assigned him one-sixth of his property.
