حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ، نَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي دَارِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ، فَفَقَؤُوا عَيْنَهُ، فَلَا دِيَةَ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَلَا قِصَاصَ ".
