حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا حَكَّامُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيِّ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُنْذِرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَا حَرَجَ إِلَّا فِي قَتْلِ مُسْلِمٍ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ
