حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ: نَا أَبِي يَحْيَى بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الرَّقِّيُّ قَالَ: نَا فُرَاتُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مُوسَى، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

يُحْشَرُ النَّاسُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، فَيُنَادِي مُنَادٍ: أَلَيْسَ عَدْلًا مِنِّي أَنْ أُولِيَ كُلَّ قَوْمٍ مَا كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ ؟ ثُمَّ يُرْفَعُ لَهُمْ آلِهَتُهُمْ، فَيَتَّبِعُونَهَا حَتَّى لَا يَبْقَى أَحَدٌ إِلَّا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ: مَا بِكُمْ ؟ قَالُوا: مَا نَرَى إِلَهَنَا الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْبُدُ قَالَ: فَيَتَجَلَّى لَهُمْ - تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى

✧ People will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection, and a caller will call out: 'Is it not just of Me to assign to every people what they used to worship?' Then their gods will be raised for them, and they will follow them until no one remains except the believers. It will be said to them: 'What is the matter with you?' They will say: 'We do not see our god whom we used to worship.' He said: 'Then He—Blessed and Exalted—will manifest Himself to them.'
