حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، نَا عِيسَى بْنُ سَالِمٍ الشَّاشِيُّ، نَا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ الرَّقِّيُّ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي حَيْضَتِهَا، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، " فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا، وَلَا يُجَامِعَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ، فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ
Translation

✧ That he divorced his wife during her menstrual period, and that reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so he commanded him to take her back and not have intercourse with her until she becomes pure. Then when she becomes pure, if he wishes he may divorce her, and if he wishes he may keep her.
