حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، نَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، نَا عَبْثَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ بُرْدِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ تَبِعَ جِنَازَةً حَتَّى يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ قِيرَاطٌ، وَمَنْ مَشَى مَعَ جِنَازَةٍ حَتَّى تُدْفَنَ كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ قِيرَاطَانِ، وَالْقِيرَاطُ مِثْلُ أُحُدٍ

✧ Whoever follows a funeral until the prayer is offered over it will have a qirat of reward, and whoever walks with a funeral until it is buried will have two qirats of reward, and the qirat is like Mount Uhud.
