حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصُّورِيُّ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ وَكَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَا تَزَالُ عِصَابَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي قَائِمَةً عَلَى أَمْرِ اللهِ، لَا يَضُرُّهَا مَنْ خَالَفَهَا، تُقَاتِلُ أَعْدَاءَهَا، كُلَّمَا ذَهَبَتْ حَرْبٌ نَشَبَتْ حَرْبُ قَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ، يَرْفَعُ اللهُ قَوْمًا وَيَرْزُقُهُمْ مِنْهُ حَتَّى تَأْتِيَهُمُ السَّاعَةُ ". ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " هُمْ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ

✧ A group of my nation will remain standing upon Allah's command; those who oppose them will not harm them. They will fight their enemies. Whenever a war ends, a war of another people breaks out. Allah will raise a people and provide for them from it until the Hour comes to them." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "They are the people of Sham.
