حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّبَالِيُّ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْوَاقِدِيُّ، نَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سُرَاقَةَ الْعَدَوِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ حَقَّ امْرِئٍ بِيَمِينٍ يَحْلِفُهَا عَلَى مِنْبَرِي بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ
