✧ The supplication of the Prophet ﷺ on the two Eids was: 'O God, we ask You for a pious life, a sound death, and a return that is not shameful or scandalous. O God, do not destroy us suddenly, and do not seize us unexpectedly, and do not hasten us away from a right or a bequest. O God, we ask You for chastity and sufficiency, piety and guidance, and a good outcome in the Hereafter and in this world. And we seek refuge in You from doubt and discord, hypocrisy and reputation in Your religion. O Turner of hearts, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower.'
