al-Mu'jam al-Awsat 7539

Translation

✧ Ibn ʿUmar fell ill, and a man said: “O Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, the deserts have become verdant. If you were to buy some goats and take a leisurely outing, you would regain your health.” He replied: “None of us has been given permission to live in the desert except Aslam.”
