حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، نَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمِهْرِقَانِيُّ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ قِيرَاطٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَتَى السَّاعَةُ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا " قَالَ: وَاللهِ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا كَبِيرَ عَمَلٍ، إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ.

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'O Messenger of God, when is the Hour?' He said: 'What have you prepared for it?' He said: 'By God, I have not prepared for it much in the way of deeds, except that I love God and His Messenger.' The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'A man is with the one he loves.'
