حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الدَّامَغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ مِيكَائِيلَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ آدَمَ أَنَبِيًّا كَانَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، كَانَ نَبِيًّا رَسُولًا، كَلَّمَهُ اللهُ قِبَلَهُ، قَالَ لَهُ: يَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنْتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ

✧ I said: O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of Adam, was he a prophet? He said: Yes, he was a prophet, a messenger, to whom Allah spoke directly before that. He said to him: O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise.
