حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ قَالَ: نَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامٍ قَالَ: نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، عَنْ رَوْحِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ. عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

أَلَا أُرِيكُمْ كَيْفَ وُضُوءُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ؟ فَأَخَذَ مَاءً بِيَدِهِ، فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ الْمَاءَ بِيَدِهِ فَضَمَّ إِلَيْهَا يَدَهُ الْأُخْرَى، فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ، فَغَسَلَ يَدَهُ وَذِرَاعَيْهِ، ثُمَّ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ بِالْأُخْرَى، ثُمَّ مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ مَاءً فَنَضَحَهُ عَلَى قَدَمَيْهِ، وَمَسَحَ بِهِمَا قَدَمَيْهِ، وَعَلَيْهِ النَّعْلَانِ

✧ Shall I show you how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution? He took water with his hand, rinsed his mouth and sniffed water, then took water with his hand and brought his other hand to it, and washed his face, then he took water and washed his hand and forearms, then he did the same with the other, then he wiped his head, then he took water and sprinkled it on his feet and wiped both his feet, while wearing sandals.
