حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ الدِّيبَاجِيُّ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ بَحْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمُزَنِيُّ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو السَّفَرِ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ: قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ:

تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ، وَتُوُفِّيَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ، وَقُتِلَ عُمَرُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ " قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ: وَهَذِهِ يَوْمِي لِي سَبْعٌ وَخَمْسُونَ، ثُمَّ عَاشَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً ".

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ died at the age of sixty-three. Abu Bakr died at the age of sixty-three. ʿUmar was killed at the age of sixty-three." Muʿawiya said, "And this is my day: I am fifty-seven." Then he lived after that twenty years.
