حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ رَقِيقٍ، فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُعْتِقَ بَقِيَّتَهُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ اسْتَسْعَى الْعَبْدُ فِي ثَمَنِهِ
