حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَاسِرٍ الْحَذَّاءُ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ الْجُبَيْلِيُّ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي غَنْمٍ الْكَلَاعِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي غَسَّانَ الضَّبِّيِّ قَالَ:
خَرَجْتُ أَمْشِي مَعَ أَبِي بِظَهْرِ الْحَرَّةِ، فَلَقِيَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَ لِي: مَنْ هَذَا ؟ قُلْتُ: أَبِي، فَقَالَ: لَا تَمْشِ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ أَبِيكَ، وَلَكِنِ امْشِ خَلْفَهُ أَوْ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ، وَلَا تَدَعْ أَحَدًا يَحُولُ بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُ، وَلَا تَمْشِ فَوْقَ إِجَّارٍ أَبُوكَ تَحْتَهُ، وَلَا تَأْكُلْ عِرْقًا قَدْ نَظَرَ أَبُوكَ إِلَيْهِ، لَعَلَّهُ قَدِ اشْتَهَاهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَتَعْرِفُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ خِدَاشٍ ؟ قُلْتُ: لَا. قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، يَقُولُ: فَخِذُهُ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مِثْلُ أَحَدٍ، وَضِرْسُهُ مِثْلُ الْبَيْضَاءِ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: فَقُلْتُ: وَلِمَ ذَاكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ؟ فَقَالَ: " كَانَ عَاقًّا لِوَالِدَيْهِ "

✧ I went out walking with my father at the edge of the harrah. Abu Hurayrah met me and said to me, “Who is this?” I said, “My father.” He said, “Do not walk in front of your father; rather walk behind him or beside him. Do not let anyone come between you and him. Do not walk on a roof under which your father is. Do not eat a bone your father has looked at, for perhaps he desired it.” Then he said, “Do you know ‘Abd Allah b. Khidash?” I said, “No.” He said, “I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, ‘His thigh in Hell will be like Uhud, and his molar tooth like al-Bayda’.’” Abu Hurayrah said, “I said, ‘Why is that, Messenger of Allah?’ He replied, ‘He was disobedient to his parents.’”
