وَبِهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا يَجْزِي وَلَدٌ وَالِدَهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَجِدَهُ مَمْلُوكًا، فَيَشْتَرِيَهُ، فَيُعْتِقَهُ ".
