حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ جَنَّادٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ، ثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَفَّافُ، عَنِ ابْنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ الْبَجَلِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَمِقِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
مَنْ آمَنَ رَجُلًا عَلَى دَمِهِ، فَقَتَلَهُ، فَأَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْقَاتِلِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ الْمَقْتُولُ كَافِرًا ".
