✧ We were in a house with a group of the Ansar and the Muhajirun. The Messenger of God ﷺ came to us, and every man made room hoping that he would sit beside him. Then he went to the door and took hold of its two posts and said: "The leaders are from Quraysh. I have a great right over you, and they have that right as long as they do three things: when mercy is sought from them, they show mercy; when they judge, they act justly; and when they make a covenant, they fulfill it. Whoever among them does not do that, upon him is the curse of God, the angels, and all people."
