✧ We entered upon Ibn Abbas, and he ordered us to exchange currency. Then I entered upon him another time, and he said: "We used to order you, but now we forbid you from it." I said: "How should we deal with what we ordered the people to do?" He said: "I met one of the companions of the Messenger of God ﷺ who is more knowledgeable about that than I, and he forbade me. So I forbid you as he forbade me."
