حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي غَسَّانَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرُّعَيْنِيُّ، ثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

كُلُّ بَنِي آدَمَ يَلْقَاهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِذَنْبٍ قَدْ أَذْنَبَهُ، يُعَذِّبُهُ عَلَيْهِ إِنْ شَاءَ أَوْ يَرْحَمُهُ، إِلَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ سَيِّدًا وَحَصُورًا وَنَبِيًّا مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ " وَأَهْوَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى قَذَاةٍ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ، فَأَخَذَهَا، وَقَالَ: " ذَكَرُهُ مِثْلُ هَذِهِ الْقَذَاةِ ".

✧ Every son of Adam will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection with a sin he has committed, which He will punish him for if He wills or have mercy on him, except Yahya b. Zakariyya, for he was a master, chaste, and a prophet among the righteous.” The Prophet ﷺ reached for a speck from the ground, took it, and said: “His male organ was like this speck.”
