حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ الْكِلَابِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا أَبِي قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الصَّائِغِ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي مَثَلُ سَفِينَةِ نُوحٍ، مَنْ رَكِبَهَا نَجَا، وَمَنْ تَخَلَّفَ عَنْهَا غَرِقَ، إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي فِيكُمْ مَثَلُ بَابِ حِطَّةٍ فِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، مَنْ دَخَلَ غُفِرَ لَهُ.

✧ The likeness of my household is that of the ark of Nuh. Whoever boards it is saved, and whoever stays behind drowns. The likeness of my household among you is that of the gate of Hittah among the Children of Israel. Whoever enters it is forgiven.
