حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ أَبُو حَصِينٍ، قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْحِمَّانِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ.
